Very carefully. Send us a banner you made (or we’ll charge you five bucks and come up with one ourselves) and make sure it’s 485×60. We’ll put it in the rotation. So far, this is a free thing.

Yes, because we cant afford to pay for all the hosting anymore. We kept the domain name, that should make you happy. You can get the Google Toolbar as a free way to kill popups, if they really bug you.
