Musicians – we want you!

Being a free podcast that we license under Creative Commons unfortunately means we’re pretty limited on what kind of music we’re allowed to play legally on our podcasts. While we could probably skirt a lot of these rules, we’re squares, and so we don’t want to.

So where do you fit in? We want music to play on our show. This can be you, your band, your friend’s band, your dog’s band, whatever – so long as you’re okay with us using it on the show. We’ll throw you a link on the page show and under a soon-to-come affiliates link list in exchange and say some nice things about you on the air. If you’re curious as to the legalese, just hit the Creative Commons link on the sidebar and you’ll get all the info you could want and probably a lot more.

So, if you are a musician, or you know of a musician that would like to be featured on Radio Spacebird, email us at rsb@radiospacebird.com, or hit us up on Twitter or Facebook!

Who are we?

Radio Spacebird is run by a couple of teenagers 20-somethings named Dan and Tim who get bored easily and like music. We play music, take requests, and do shows. We run off Dan's computer and do whatever we feel like. And we're certainly not syndicated. Syndicated radio lacks fun. We are fun. Have fun with us.

Weekly episodes Saturday nights at 7PST live on Ustream.tv!
